Hello, Here in this forum, you are able to make complaints about the staff or the service that you have received at the practice. You can make these posts anonymously or publicly, and they will all be taken seriously. Any spam will be reported, and your post will be removed. If you continue to post spam, you will be banned from posting on the forum temporarily.
When you have made a complaint, and someone has seen it, you will receive a reply to confirm that your complaint has been seen.

48 hours after receiving an email from yourselves confirming the meds ordered the prescription hasn't even been raised. All the time l was ordering through the prescription ordering service there were no problems whatsoever. The prescription clerk has gone home and only available upto 11am. How are you ever going to cope with volume of repeat scripts within those hours. My husband said there was a queue of people at Sainsbury's complaining about their prescription's not being sent through on time. My husband was asked by your receptionist to call back Monday only when he stated this was unacceptable was he was asked to phone back after 5pm today. I need medications today please l have now run out.
